Tips for Renting

Early Rental Confirmation

It is never a dull moment in Austin – with festivals, special events, production performances, live music, film and studio production, holidays (the list goes on), we always recommend requesting equipment in advance.

Power

How much power is one of the main contributor for which options work best for you in lighting selection. Having more information about electrical power capacity will help us steer you in the right direction for proper lighting. However, if you do not know, we can help assist you on finding an answer.

Location, Location, Location

Location is essential in giving our customers the right tools and mounting components needed to help for lighting properly. How you plan to achieve your lighting based on your specific layout is critical to developing a plan of action. Are you outside with no power? Are you working inside with little room? Are you sharing power with event contributors such as audio?  These are all contingents to what choices in lighting you can use.

Still not sure what you want

A picture may be worth a 1000 words in helping you describe your goal in lighting.  Send us an email with an image of what you are looking to do and we will work with you to facilitate your goals.
